Chuck Eye Steak

Avg. 11.2 oz.

The Chuck Eye Steak is a cut that many are not aware of.  The Chuck Eye, also known as the "Poor Man's Ribeye" will be one of the best value purchase of Wagyu you can make.  Only a few small Chuck Eye steaks come from a cow.  That is why you very seldom find them in your local butcher shop. Chuck Eye Steaks are located in the upper shoulder of the cow.  This area is called Chuck Primal. This cut of steak  exhibits both juicy and beefy flavor.

Typically smaller than a ribeye, Hartland Hill Farm's Chuck Eye Steaks range in size from 6 to 12 ounces, making them perfect for a small - yet deliciously decadent meal.
